About

Jenny Wheeler is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Wheeler Occupational Therapy, PLLC, established in July 2023. She brings over a decade of experience from her work at the Mary Cariola Children’s Center, where she served for 11 years, and has also partnered with Nazareth University as an adjunct professor. In addition, Jenny has provided preschool therapy services within the community as an independent provider, giving her a broad range of experience supporting children and families. Committed to lifelong learning, Jenny has pursued extensive continuing education to expand her expertise. Her training includes Rocktaping® (kinesiology taping), the SOS Approach to Feeding, and Therapeutic Positioning and Handling for Children with Multiple Disabilities. In 2021, she collaborated with colleagues to conduct research and deliver a continuing education presentation, Increasing Independence and Engagement with Feeding, to the staff at Mary Cariola. Outside of her professional work, Jenny enjoys an active family life with her husband, Paul Wheeler—owner of Wheeler HealthyU—and their two children. Together they enjoy running, biking, rollerblading, soccer, and waterskiing. Jenny and Paul first met at Nazareth College in 2009 as members of the cross country team and have since built both their careers and a shared passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
